In general I dislike small places, both small in size but also in room to move around between tables going to the restroom. But... the food is good and staff are nice. My only complaint is they don't have a baby changer in the bathroom. And that's not becausethe bathroom is small, no, at least in the womens, one stall is large enough to have comfortably have 2 changers. In this dayand age, it's not really excusable to not have a changer. Because what's going to happen next is I'll be changing my baby'sdiaper on your chair/corner booth. Read more
Our first night out in a long time, it could not have been better. We enjoyed our appetizers of Steak Bites. Enjoyed the... perfect margaritas. Our Soups were so delicious I had French Onion, my Husband had lobster bisque. The entree made the eveningperfect. My coconut shrimp with that amazing sauce we cooked to perfection. I passed by this restaurant going home from work several times. It looked interesting from the outside, and I wanted to someday... check it out. I finally called in an carry out of Prime Rib. I was surprised that they didn't take credit or debit cards, onlycash or a certain payment app. I luckily had enough cash on me. The food was great. The prime rib was prepared the way I likeit, and the lobster Bisque soup was tasty. I will definitely go back again. I just have to make sure to have cash on me. Read more
My husband I love going here and wish our schedule allowed us to visit more often. The jimmy buffet theme makes you feel as if... you are in Florida and it?s a nice vacation from reality! I came to Parrot Cove for the first time to meet up with a buddy of mine. We saddle up to the bar. My first impression is the... service is not that great. I am not sure if the bartender, maybe Maria, was having a bad day, but we had to flag her down foreverything. Can I get a drink? Can I get a menu, can I place an order, etc., etc. they were not busy, only a few people. Iordered up the half slab of sweet potato French fries with a French onion soup. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at howgood the food was. The ribs meat falls off the bone nice flavor to them. The french onion soup was fantastic As well as thesweet potato french fries. I have been driving by this place for years! Always I want to go there one day! I finally did it. I cannot believe it took me... this long. Looking this place up we saw so many positive reviews about Maria. We were lucky enough to have her as our waitress.She was amazing with a lovely personality. By reading the reviews my boyfriend got the prime rib but I got the ribs. Why arethey so underrated? The ribs were cooked to perfection. I have to say probably the best ribs I ever had! You barely touch themand they fall off the bone! The prime rib was excellent too! But I am telling you get the ribs!!!! Read more
A great place! Really good food and a great staff! The Owners actually work there too! Ribs, Steaks and amazing drinks! They go... out of their way for you! Highly recommended!... update 9-22-19 I took it down from 5 stars because I just went in there andthey let us sit at a dividable 4 top but said they may have to move us if they get busy. It's 4pm and we are not even trying toeat at the dinner rush. Pretty rude..it was the Co-Owner too. I will not go here again. Read more
Heard great things about this place but did not meet my expectations! The service was absolutely horrible! (coming from a... server/bartender herself) The food was terrible! My dad ordered the Cajun shrimp which was undercooked and tasted horrible! Ihad the loaded baked potato soup that the server said was the best and I?ve never had loaded potato soup as bad as this one! Andinstead of bringing all of our food out at once they brought it out one at a time! There were 5 of us! If I could give a ratingof zero I would! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Read more
