I was not super impressed with this location. There was only one worker working the line by himself and then the other girl... worker was rushing out while talking loudly on her phone instead of helping the only other guy working and helping get the linedown. A worker from the back had to come and help instead. I figured that the female worker would respect her coworkers enoughto help the rush or not letting the whole dining room hear her conversation about the tip jar and how she needed ?that 3000dollars?. We frequent this particular restaurant once a week and the Friday night crew is absolutely AMAZING!! The food is ALWAYS fresh... and the atmosphere is clean and well kept. The Monday evening manager is amazing as well and same thing...the food is fresh andthe restaurant is very clean! Read more
I liked this place but it has gone down hill fast over the past few visits. When my daughter and I got there today they were out... of veggies and needed to make more not a problem, so I went to the restroom while the veggies were prepped. The men?s room sinkhas no water. We received our food and went to get our drinks but the fountain drink machine was out of almost everything Itried coke it was out of all flavors of coke, I tried sprite it was completely out, Fanta only fruit punch. I ended up withdoctor pepper. This place used to be so much better I?m not sure it there was a manager change or if the owners are just beingcheap but the bathroom needs to have a sink with running water. Read more
I ordered a bowl I included the receipt below Didn?t receive my extra rice nor was it brown rice which I paid for. Ruined my... appetite, On top of that the cashier discriminated me when I came to pick up my order he turned his back when I asked for myorder. 2022 Again, you did a great job with our Valentines Day meal. Bowls filled to the brim with fresh ingredients. I weighed... them and they were almost 2 lbs each!!! We could only eat half. Thank you. 2021 My husband and I love Qdoba, especially thislocation. The food is always fresh and the employees friendly. Hats off to the manager because they run a great restaurant. We were just there for valentine's day and they were quite busy - but all containers were filled and I like that they add a moreitems (best veggies), if you ask. We had a terrible experience. First, they forgot our online order. The first thing the girl behind the counter said was, "Oh my... gosh I totally forgot to start the online order." She apologized. There were other people there getting food in store so Istepped back to wait for my order. The 3 people in front of me all had some problem with their order, more apologies. Meanwhile,my wife and 2 baby girls are in the car, very unhappily waiting. When they finished my order they apologized again. I left andwhen we got home my son was missing his queso and corn salsa. The staff was nice but I would never go back. Also my food wasn'tthat good. Would not recommend to anyone I know. Also I don't know if I missed something but the store hours said open til 9 butwhen I got there at 7, all of the chairs were stacked on top of the tables like they were closed. Read more
They consistently mess up orders, leaving things out of entrees and forgetting condiments that are ordered on the side. They do... not answer the phone, even after multiple attempts. Ready to start going back to Chipotle. Read more
