We had a great dinner at Shield's in Troy last night. Pizza and breadsticks were excellent and we were really happy to be... placed in Rich's section. He was friendly, welcoming, and kind to us and our children. The food was prepared and delivered ina timely manner and he made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend. Read more
Togo experience was magnificent. Employees were friendly on the phone. Parking lot was packed (busy place love to see it)... --PERK-- Togo orders met out back and had parking spaces so conveniently located. The register and waiting room was cute and Iall and all enjoyed my experience. The pizza was pretty good. Sauce on top of the cheese threw my kids off but, we ate it all.Greek salad was 3/5 it was a very generous portion and all but the peppers and olives didn't taste great. Salad dressing wasdecent. It was an ok experience. We heard good things so we tried it but it was mediocre. The food was ok nothing special, same with the... service. The restaurant it self feels like you’re in 1992 and needs renovation badly. I don’t think we’ll be going back. Read more
Food was OK my daughter had a chicken sandwich and I had BBQ wings. Staff was awesome.
My wife and I just happened to stop here for lunch to eat on the patio. The pizza was amazing, but the atmosphere and... specifically our server Rich was incredible. He was charming, attentive, and most importantly a pleasure to be around. He evenstopped what he was doing and insisted he take a picture of my wife and I with her phone simply because “Life is good guys”.Life is good with people like you around Rich. This was our first time ordering food from Shields. We ordered take out and the food was good, though it was a bit cold by the... time we got it home. The cheese bread was just OK, the look of it wasn't as appetizing as I would have liked but it tasted good.We will likely be back. Read more
I had a take out order to start with. We ordered 4 pizza's all different. I can only speak for myself. I ordered the barbecue... chicken pizza round. The chicken was dried out to the point it was hard to chew. I ended up just picking what i could off thepizza. The barbecue sauce was almost unflavored. Was not overwhelmed with the over all order.
