Does not accept coupons due to food cost being up, told him I didn?t want the sandwiches and he insisted I take them and not... allowed to walk out with out it. contacted corporate, worse customer service, recommend going to another subway store. Read more
Just confused that if it says you close at 9:00pm and it's 8:49 and open sign if off and lights are turned off. I seen they are... rushing to put everything away. I understand sometimes u just want to get out of work but if the business closes at 9 then udon't turn off lights and turn the open sign off until 9. Not good business if u ask me!!!! Read more
I ordered footlong Egg and Cheese sandwich. They didn't had any egg outside on the counter and they didn't even bothered to tell... me. There was an older man who was making the sandwich. I asked him where is the egg?. I asked bcoz I didn't see it. Hepretended as if he didn't hear me. Later I saw him putting something in the microwave so I assumed that he didn't have itoutside so he brought the frozen one from inside. He didn't even asked me if I wanted white or yellow egg. I always take theyellow one. Without asking me he put white tiny round eggs like pancake and put it on the bread. It looked horrible but I don'tknow what happened to me that I didn't stopped him. Employees are friendly but the last two times I ordered online (BMT on Italian herbs & cheese bread toasted) the bread tasted... stale like it was old. Disappointing considering this is the closest subway to my house & I get the same thing every time. Iwasn?t happy the first time I had the stale bread but I thought I would give it another try. It used to be great years ago butI?m not sure if the pandemic has had an effect where they are trying to save money by stretching out the bread life but I won?tbe coming back here unless I order inside & can see the bread is fresh. They r lucky they even get a star. Everytime I go there they give me soo much dressing and little vegetables. And whenever u... ask for extra vegs they add 1 or 2 pieces.
