I ordered online and went to pick up in store. The touch screen at the drive through was not working so I pushed the ?call for... help? button. No one came after several minutes so I tried again. Nothing. I unpacked my kid from the car seat and went insideto pick it up, but they had not even started making my order yet. By the time my food was ready, it was 10 min past my pickuptime. I genuinely like this location. The prices aren?t for the faint of heart, lol, but I feel that just kind of goes for subways in... general. The staff are really kind, down to earth people. They hold great conversation and are refreshing to see working. Iwould put five stars for the staff alone, but they are often out of things, and I completely understand that is out of theworkers control. It?s just a little problem with higher ups. Read more

I waited in the drive threw for two subs for 15-20 mins to have to pull out of line and go in because I?m a type on diabetic and... was experiencing a low blood sugar and needed to eat, when I went in to get my food staff took a very long time to acknowledgeme, then once they finally started to make my food they moved at a snail pace and took almost an additional 25 minutes while Iam having a low blood sugar episode and have a baby in the car waiting with her mother, To only find out that the subs were waymore in price than I pay anywhere else in the area for subway, very nice looking location seems like it would be convenient withthe drive-through but do not get stuck in that line if you have plans and cannot wait especially if you are like me and havediabetes and may need food somewhat quicker. First, I thought it was cool with the order kiosk at the drive-thru. I thought to myself ?This is a perfect way to get my order... exactly as I want.? Not a chance!!!! It took them 25 minutes to make one 6 inch sub, AND it was missing everything but the meatand cheese!!!! I ordered it with nothing special, just lettuce, tomato, onion, oil/vinegar, mayo and oregano. I was absolutely shocked by this location. On the outside, it's new and clean, features a drive thru, etc. Looks like it would... be amazing. Go inside and it's still clean and new, but the rest of it is just sad. They are charging astronomical prices foreverything (quite literally 30-40% more than other nearby locations), the service is very slow and the prep work was a mess (wayovercooked cookies, undercooked bread, etc). No idea how this place will stay in business other than people who mindlesslyspend for the sake of convenience. There is a Jersey Mike's just one crossroad down at John R and 14 and a subway a couple ofcrossroads away at Livernois and Maple that will offer much better experiences at MUCH better prices while still keeping you inthe general area. Cass helped me today at the Subway. She was really sweet and very patient. Being a vegetarian I get paranoid about whether the... gloves being used are new or not but she changed into new gloves without me asking. She told me about all the new/ revisedoptions introduced at Subway like the smashed avocado, pickles instead of cucumbers etc. Overall, delicious meal and greatservice! Read more
By far without a doubt the worst subway in the world?.. they are slow understaffed always out of items and never make your order... correct. The prices are clearly higher than any other subway close. They hit me one time and one time only. It?s real clean tho. Read more
