My mother and I come here often. The food is always good! Our recent visit was very disappointing. Our over easy eggs were... uncooked and we did not receive hashbrowns even after we let waitress know. When we paid we told hostess issues. She informed uswe were ordering our eggs wrong. We generally like Denny's and have always had a good experience. This one looked nice and we were seated quickly. Until we... ordered-- and then waited for an hour while 3 other groups who came in after us were seated, served and left. I finally askedabout our order and after our waitress checked, she said there was a misprint and that they hadn't even started it. I sharedthat we needed to go and when she told the manager/supervisor, she was more concerned about making sure the order was not beingcooked, than addressing our experience. When she did finally engage us, she insisted that we still pay the $10.50 for our threecoffees (no refills). While I had my card out and was willing to pay, I shared that she might consider comping the coffee sincewe had to wait without our order even being started. She proceeded to get agitated with me and reluctantly said, "fine, youdon't have to pay for them, you can leave now." I was calm and considerate, we've worked in hospitality and know it can bedifficult. That calmness and consideration was not reflected and there was no sincere attempt to apologize for theinconvenience of having to leave hungry after an hour wait. My daughter and I felt like having breakfast for dinner and we went to the right place! Our server, Jennifer, was top notch!... Very attentive and super friendly. She was walking around chatting with all the tables, making small talk and spreading herhappy vibe. The omelette I ordered was probably one of the best I've had anywhere. Jennifer said it was Rick who made it.Delicious! I have underutilized this establishment since moving to the area. Definitely plan on changing that. Wonderfulatmosphere and staff! Read more
The last couple I have stopped here it's been a wonderful experience. Both times I had Crystal has a server. She wonderful and... very friendly. My last visit I had a test done at Barnes and ultimately made me sick. So I couldn't eat but took my food to goinstead. ???? I'm sure I'll be back soon Read more
Stopped in around 4 for a quick bite before a flight, ordered breakfast and it took almost an hour for the food, they were not... busy at all, everything was burnt, eggs, bacon, and including an order of pancakes, how can you burn pancakes and still servethem? Targeted this restaurant because they have already returned to 24/7 dine-in service. I got a build-your-own omelet with bacon,... fire roasted peppers/onions, spinach, & Swiss. Awesome flavor sensation, though there was no bacon (who knows? maybe fireroasted veggies listed as one in list actually counted as 2 of the 4 ingredients) and sparse spinach)? truly can?t complainbecause I didn?t notice apparent omissions because it truly tasted perfect and I wouldn?t want to change a thing. It came withhash browns, and for the bread I chose gluten free (cornmeal) muffin which was the best I ever had ? perfectly toasted with lotsof buttery flavored spread which I topped off with strawberry jam. We just had the BEST experience for brunch between games! The service was excellent from the moment we walked in until we... left?especially from our server, Regina?you are a rockstar!! Came in for dinner and decaf after a long shift. Server was super respectful and conscious that I was using the phone. Food... couldn?t have been better. Management was also on point. Great experience and definitely going back tomorrow. Will probablyorder so much gravy I?ll need a snorkel to get to my potatoes. Read more
