Arrived at 10:30am. Our order was prepared promptly but the quality was poor. We went to find a seat but every table was dirty... and there was trash and liquids on the floor. My wife ordered curly fries but they were cold and hard and half of the fries wereFrench fries with some burnt pieces of unidentified food at the bottom of the container. My burger was barely warm with coldunmelted cheese on it. One taco was made right and the other was missing the meat altogether. Staff were all grim and void ofany courtesy or warmth. Wet floor signs were out but the floor was still dirty. We were the only people in the lobby during theduration of our meal so the store was not busy. Read more
It was a pleasant experience this morning. Excellent service great food reasonable price in comparison. Your cashier was great,... deserves a raise. I just left mcd's mad. How do they upset you over breakfast? I'll just start my day at Jack's from now on. Read more
Out of all the locations I have been to, this location in Troy Mo is hands down the worst ever. I have never had a good... experience at this store. They are rude, slower than any fast food should ever be, completely unorganized and down rightpathetic. My best friend found a public hair on his burger there a couple years back. It's crazy how it's always been this waytoo. I know after living in this town for 5 years there has to be all new employees and management and it STILL is nothing shortof terrible. Jack in the Box Corp really needs to take a close look at this location and start fresh somehow. I left AGAIN thisevening after waiting over 20 minutes and still didn't get helped.....all the while the employees complaining about how theyonly have 4 people working....lol.... my first job was Jack in the Box and myself and 1 other employee ran a whole store for 4hours by ourselves and never got behind once during a dinner rush. And yourself some time and headache and just chose antherrestaurant in the Troy area. This place will make you sick enough dealing with them that you won't even want your cold, poorlymade food anyhow. Read more
Food was amazing!???? Fast and friendly service!???????? My husband and I loved the loaded mini tacos???? They were so delicious... and cooked just right. The cheeseburger I had was delicious as well. The seasoning on it was good. Read more
This location is open 24x7. We felt bad for the guys working there. They seriously looked exhausted, like they had been there... for days. No management looking types were seen. Dining room locked at 9pm, which located at a truck stop sort of seemedodd. The chicken strips were so gross. I swear they had been refried 4 or 5 times. Dried out smelly rocks. Onion rings werebarely edible. Iced coffee tasted like burnt coffee with some sickly sweet stuff in it. The good, cheese burger was fine and thesoda. Resolved our gotta try Jack in the box in St. Louis, nothing like the west coast locations. Read more
Actually was at the open 'park' next to the governor's mansion. Attended a Scottish Highland game. Great time impressive... athletes and and the open park like area to have it was a great location downtown allowed me and others to walk around andexperience some of the downtown businesses and a farmer's market going on. Great time hope they keep that area open for otherevents. Read more
It was busy for the Saturday before 4th of July, but everyone working was still nice to us and our food was hot. There was a... nice manager who took our order wearing a boot for a foot injury and was kind to us even though she was in pain. A crazycustomer lady came in while they were busy during lunch and everyone on the team kept working their butts off while telling herto leave other customers alone. You guys are great. My burrito today was not even folded well at all and tasted pretty bad even for this Jack in the box standards. Not sure why I... try with this one, if I wanted to be disappointed with what I am eating I should just eat at home and skip the middleman. IcedCoffee was ok, staff seemed nice. Read more
