I was unhappy how long it took for me to get my food. I ordered it through the portal app and waited almost 45 minutes an then... the guy asked me what was I waiting for. I told him and he just grabbed pizzas out of heat box. Some was black burnt on top. Iasked lady for something better and was ignored an then asked guy he fixed it. Contacted customer service about it. Theyapologized and said they send out free coupons for pizzas. That was over a month ago. I never got them.
