Literally can never get an order right. And we spend way to much money to feed a family of 6 now, to be missing items when I get... home. And to not get "customizations" right on ONE sandwich that now, one of us can not eat due to an allergy! This isn't thefirst time, I started doing curbside pickup because the people taking your order are always so rude " ok is that it?" Afterevery single item! If I could give no stars I would... I ordered breakfast on the app, paid, drove to get the food, got all the way to last window;... expecting my food...was told my order was canceled cause they switched to serving lunch. Told me the money was put back and thatI had to reorder my food and pay again. I drove to Sonic for my breakfast burritos. Read more
**update review** I only eat ham, egg and cheese sandwiches or biscuits and gravy for breakfast for 35 yrs if I eat breakfast at... all. Out of all those biscuits and gravy bowls, I have never received one with so little gravy on it. Out of the smallest one Ihave received before, this is less than a third of that. Maybe 3 tablespoon fulls worth at most. Someone needs to be fired. Thishappens way to much at one store. Either manager, employee or even franchisee owner needs to go. **This review is on thisspecific location. Went through drive thru and asked for fresh fries. I guess when you ask for them to be fresh and they have abunch of old in bin, they double fry them to "WELL DONE". Look at the receipt. Why would they put well done? So they don't wasteanything. And yes, they were hard and dried out. I tried one. We had groceries so it wasn't worth the wait to have them makeover or refund. There were longer than normal delays getting a single value meal order. Pulled out of the waiting area past the drive through... and found the fries were missing. Pulled back in and went inside to address the issue. The fries were given and we were on ourway. Given time they will learn the job and run smoother. Some of them seemed fairly new and still learning. Read more
Super annoying music being played much too loud to comfortably talk or think/function over. Looked like the restaurant office... had been moved into a section of the dining room, not appealing. Glad to see employee sweeping and cleaning proactively whilethere! Food was ok, but the atmosphere made it a very unpleasant experience. Won?t be back. Read more
It was McDonald's. Didn't stand out one way or the other. Ordered a McChicken and got a 1/4lb patty instead.
Wasted my money serve me Uncooked food. You would think when you go there when it's busy you would get fresh cooked food. ... Apparently when you go to the one in Troy When their busy They don't have time to finish cooking your food just pull it upearly so they can get people out of the drive-through. Everything's all about the money these days. What happen a good qualityservice? You guys need to be investigated by the health department. Read more
The food is usually fresh and hot. The orders are almost always accurate. Not a bad spot for a burger and fries.
