My family and I stopped here for some lunch, there is 6 of us and I originally walked in with my son and the rest of the family... strolled in a few minutes after. When I go to the counter to order we were asked how many subs we would be ordering, I said 6,and the young gal seemed a little concerned about it being that many. Turned out I ordered and my son ordered but the rest ofthe family used the restroom first so they jumped to the back of the line. So we ended up with 2 subs, and paid for another 4after we let a few other jump the line. The gal running the cash register appeared to be in the middle of learning the system asshe required help a couple times (I am more than willing to have patience with someone learning to do their job and they bothhandled the hold up really well. When we were leaving I said thank you to all the workers behind the counter and one of themreplied your welcome and sorry about the wait. Honestly, there was no unwelcome delay in my eyes and all the workers there werevery courteous and pleasant to work with. Keep up the good work and positive attitudes. Read more
Terrible customer service. Employees complaining and using vulgar language.
Even less meat than before! The portions used to be weighed out. My cheese steak meat and cheese was also heated up and 1/4 of... that meat stuck to the paper during the heating process and got thrown away. Even with that it still had more meat than theturkey bacon. Over $20 for a small amount of meat and some bread. Ridiculous!!???? Read more
I walked in and it was not very clean and when I walked up to the counter and there were crumbs of veggies, shredded cheese... (crusty at that) and other toppings all over the counter. On top of that, the ingredients did not look fresh at all like theynormally do at other locations I have been to. Furthermore, the younger clerk told me she would be with me in just a momentwhile the other clerk wanted to start my order in which the younger clerk gave me a snarky look. By far the worst Subway I've ever visited. You would think if they're not participating in the national deals that they would... atleast have fresh bread. Stale bread makes for a for nasty sandwich. Read more
Went in this evening around 5 pm and there were two women working there and as one was coming from the back she picked her nose... and put gloves on to make sandwiches. The gentlemen in front of me called her out on it and asked her to wash her hands shepretended like she did nothing wrong. The other woman working there said sir if you have a problem you can call corporate. Everycustomer in line walked out. Gross!!! Read more
Walked into three girls working inside. Stood there while they continued on about their social media posts and didn't even ... stop to take order until they were done with their conversations. Then to tell us they only have burnt bread and weren't makingany more... Great job Subway. Way to loose customers. Good thing is.... there are 14 different restaurants with in a 1/2mile.???????? You're supposed to get 4 full scoops of tuna according to corporate but here you only get 4 half scoops
