I know we like to blame COVID for the lack of staff, quality of service and clean restaurants we ate in before 2020, but it's... been over two years and other fast food restaurants have stepped up and answered the call, not toco bell on 47 in troy. Last twotimes in we're a joke, service is bad and the place is gross. Fire the manager fix the problem or close up but do somethingeither way I'm not coming back. Read more
The food was not good. Burritos were cold and had way too much sour cream, all on one end. The ingredients were not fresh on the... tacos. Also, the burritos were made wrong, not what I had ordered. One burrito was all beans with No meat inside. Absolutely theworst experience ever at this location. Read more
Shame on a multi million dollar corporation being understaffed and taxing their employees to exhaustion. When walking in there... is a sign posted that we must use the self order kiosk bc they are under staffed. If taco bell paid a decent wage and benefitsthere would be no shortage of employees. After ordering we waited longer than normal bc of the under staffed signage, when wegot our food out of 7 items, 5 were wrong and 1 was so torn up that it almost ended up on my daughter's lap. I should've taken aphoto. The man at the counter apologized and refunded my order. Shame on taco bell for running their staff to exhaustion. Theydeserve better. Read more
Went tonight to get dinner and figured we give it another shot. The wentzville store is hit or miss, but the troy store is... usually pretty good. Last time we had to have our order fixed.. this time same thing. Burritos looked like a cat chewed onthem, and the potato taco that we had to get fixed was inedible. Read more
Good food, fast. My orders are almost always right. But then, I don't insist on everything being custom made. If you want... everything made in a very specific way then things are GOING to get messed up sometimes. It just happens. Feel free to make yourown if you don't like the way Taco Bell makes it. I like their food and I'll be back. Read more

Updated Review: I come here a lot, maybe I should reconsider! Every table is dirty. I have been waiting 30 minutes and the guy... says he'll make my order in a minute. Guy came in and had a problem, they made him wait for all others before they fixed hisorder. This is ridiculous. Nobody manning front register now as I watch. People are yelling back asking for help. I have watchedpeople come in the front door and wait and nobody even bothers to come over and say anything to them. They look at them and keepdoing what they were doing! Read more
Paid for extra Chipotle sauce to find out they didn't put any on, drove 25 minutes back up there after driving 25 minutes home,... got the order replaced. We checked it before we left but I guess we should have checked all of them because only 1 had just alittle bit of Chipotle sauce. Like why did we pay the $6 extra for no Chipotle and a waste of gas and time... Read more
