Our waitress was very friendly and very good. The side salads were served with fresh lettuce, one olive and one cherry tomato.... The house dressing was very thick...stood up on the lettuce. The food was another story... I ordered Chicken Salvatore...therewas a generous portion of chicken, but it was swimming in a very floury tasting, thin white sauce...it was like a bowl of milkysoup. It had about three broccoli florets, some little diced up mushroom and a whole lot of peas...it was difficult to eat. Themostaccioli dripped a runny white sauce and the bowl was so full of the white sauce that you could not cut the chicken withoutthe sauce spilling out of the bowl. My friend had the baked chicken, which had almost no sauce on it ..she did not finish hermeal and neither did I. That was the third time we have been to the restaurant...all three times were very disappointing. Willnot go back again. Read more

We chose Toarminas for our wedding catering on 8/13/22. We first met with the owner and everything was amazing. The food,... customer service. Lovely. Come wedding day the servers showed up 2 and a half hours early, before ceremony had even started. Theservers then tried to rush us to serve dinner. They were clearly upset over us asking them to wait until the original time wehad asked for (still an hour off). They were pleasent during the serving process but only bussed a table or two before leaving.All in all the owner was very kind, the food was phenomenal. They were busy and short handed to be fair. We ordered appetizers and salads. We got the appetizers after a good 30 min wait.... The salads never arrived. Our food arrived a little over an hour after ordering. The food was very good and the proteins weregood. We ordered spaghetti, pizza, and mostacciolli. Everything was good but just took too long and we never got to try thesalads. We will most likely give them another try. It would have been nice to have been compensated or offered for a return onthe salads of some sort. Hopefully the service quality will improve soon. Something everyone struggles with these days. My husband and I have visited here 2 times. The first time we went, I asked for parmesan cheese. The parm cheese was literally... rancid. They apologized. The food that we ordered tasted good though. It is now years later and we decided to go back and giveit another try. I got the manicotti and canelloni combo and it was delicious!! However my husband got a turkey sandwich withfries and his fries were very brown and looked old and the bacon on the sandwich was burnt and the bread was too brown and hard.I ordered their tiramisu which was fabulous. I felt so sorry for our waitress bc she was working soo hard. Martha was carryingas much as she could and she was seriously working her heart out. She was doing a phenomenal job! I will be back, but we won'tbe ordering the turkey sandwich or fries again. If things get better, I will ammend my review. Read more

First time visiting taorminas. The food was not very good ( Prime rib and Filet mignon) mostly chewy pieces. Kids burger was... very overcooked. Salad and garlice cheese bread were great. Family friendly atmosphere and the service was excellent! I wouldreturn again and give them another shot just for how great the service is! Read more
Love the food. But sometimes their portions are way off. Tonight for example I got about a kids size portion of chicken and was... charged $5 extra for the chicken. Sometimes the chicken is also super spicy and other times it's burnt. The consistency is thebig issue. Read more
