All the things you love about sushi in a deconstructed bowl. I got mine on a bed of rice with three proteins. You pick your... sauce, and toppings, and just go to town! There are a couple of premium add on's that cost a bit more, but all in all everytopping has its place in my bowl! Find what works for you, and for under $20 a bowl (it's a BIG bowl) you will have more thanenough food for even your hungriest moments. Enjoy trying new combinations and new sauces too! Read more
Used to live in HI. Like the notion of a Hawaiian kine grinds spot, but I'm appalled at the prices. $17 for this bowl!! 2 lbs(!)... of same poke in HI would cost you $12-14 & the fish was 10x fresha! They MAYBE gave me 1 quarter lb.This was as offensive asseeing an $18 deli sandwich in Kaimuki. Way too jacked in $. Hard to justify going back :/ Read more

First time today. Tried the pork bowl. Best bed of white rice ever. Nice and sticky. Pork was plentiful, cooked perfectly and... well spiced. The romaine lettuce on top of the rice was a nice addition. Fast, friendly and modestly priced. A great dine inexperience. Treat yourself today. Return Visit- Second visit got the Spicy Pork bowl again and it was just as good. ThirdVisit- Tried the Spicy Pork plate which has more pork but for me the bowl is the way to go. Having the bed of rice underneaththe romaine and sauce(s) and pork provided the best taste of EVERY bite. Read more
