Great food as long as you don't need to deal with customer service. They have terrible service. I placed an order for a pizza... online and was late fr the pickup. The store was closing in 15 mins so the employees asked me to talk to the customer serviceand provided a phone number that did not work. When told, they said that was the only number they had. So, we looked up thenumber for their customer service online and called. I was placed on hold for 30 mins and after they picked up, I was told theycannot shift the order and can only cancel it. So, I asked them to go ahead and cancel it. Then they tell me the store/districtmanager will call me for the cancellation process. I mean, that's clearly too much hassle for a pizza! Tried the "Extra most bestest" pizza and the pizza tasted like a cross betwewn dominos and pizza hut. However the pizza size was... way bigger. We modified one pizza after we got home as I like my crust crispy and threw in some veggies on top of it. Thecrust tastes way better when you just throw it on a pan for a few mins. The store did have some issues with the order and someconfusion which was resolved. At the end of thebday, if you are a puzza lover you will enjoy it. I have only been disappointedonce with a pizza and it was at a gas station. Read more

Best pizza! Love the Deep Deep dish. Not the friendliest staff, and food isn't always ready on time, but the pizza...mmmm...
This went really well in the delivery department good customer service order was ready and I was in out no problem ???? ????.
I placed an order over the phone. When I got there, the employee didn't seem to know exactly what I had ordered, as if he hadn't... actually written down my order. I told him the items I had ordered and got my items and paid for my order. When I got home Irealized that he had given me the wrong pizza. I had ordered an extra most bestest stuffed crust pepperoni and he had given me aregular extramostbestest pepperoni. I called and was told I could bring back the incorrect pizza to get the correct one. I toldhim it would be awhile before I could bring it back. When I brought it back an hour later, the employee took it and went to putit back in the warmer without even looking at it. I said to him "that pizzas no good". He looked at me and said "oh, it's nogood?" And I said "no, I ate a piece before realizing it was the wrong pizza". They were about to try to resell this pizza thathad been in my possession for an hour. No telling what I could have done to that pizza in the hour I had it. Even if I neveropened the box, you can't resell it. As a side note, I ordered crazy bread and it was completely bland and flavorless. Iremember when I was a child, little caesars crazy bread was so good. Now I may as well be eating a plain piece of bread. Eitherthey changed the recipe or this location doesn't make it right. It was a very poor experience and I will not be going back tothis location. I may give the Albany location a try. The Troy location needs great improvement and retraining. Read more
Decent pizza for a cheap price. Staff was nice and the online order was on time. I would however recommend staying away from the... chicken wings pretty small and poor quality. Read more
Drove to Troy for take out. It was overcooked in everything! The original pizza had too much sauce and the kids hate it. Such... wasteful time. Not recommend. Read more
