I have gone here several times frappe machine is never working!!!Went there yesterday of course same thing sorry we can't do... that today!!You should know McDonalds in Brunswick N.Y should be closed nothing is ever right!!!YOU LOSE MONEY MCDONALDS AND YOUDON'T EVEN CARE a large frappe plus large fries all those times the money adds up and McDonalds you lose people go elsewhere!!If I could give you minus stars it's exactly what you get!! Sammy is the bomb man. I have frequent 12 hour shifts and i leave work hungry and on the way home i love to get a nice plate of... hotcakes with some odd addons. Usually they throw it together and i leave. He asked how i wanted my bacon in a box on the sideor straight with my hotcakes and asked other questions about how i wanted my order making sure i was well taken care of and itwas made just how i wanted. I ordered cookies and was told they would be a few min which i was fine with. Cookies came out quickand they where placed in my bag in the there own bag where they wouldnt be squished. And was told that. FANTASTIC!! i was welltaken care of i understand fast food as i used to work the counter too. I understand how it is he made sure i was well takencare of and i made sure he knew i appreciated it greatly. I'm back with another McDonald review. Just 2 days ago I put on a review about McDonalds on lower Hoosick St and how you hardly... ever get your order correctly but for the most part the one Upper Hoosick does a pretty good job. This is how large fries shouldlook. Read more
There was only one other couple inside on this Tuesday night at 6:00pm. After a short wait. The server took my order. My cup... was quickly given to me to fill. Napkins were full at the soda station. The 2 for $6 Big Mac deal was on. So I ordered twoof those for a total of 4 Big Macs and large french fry. When I sat down and looked in the bag, I received only 3 Big Macs. Iwent back and told the server. After some discussion, I assured her I would not steal food from her. I went and sat back downto eat. A short time later she dropped a bag with a Big Mac in it for me. I told her I appreciated the burger, Thank You. So Idid end up with the food I wanted. Read more
No problems with this McDonald?s really, has the dollar menu, clean, not too long of a wait. Had an issue with the order, they... gladly fixed it with no questions. Only hamburger instead of cheeseburger on dollar menu though. Gave us coffee for free, happyabout that. Read more
Used the drive thru, and for some reason they only used the first ordering post and seemed to only take 1-2 orders at a time... until they were done (food in hand) before they took another order so there was a backup. Wasn't that efficient but I'm sure itkept thier drive thru times low. Read more
