This particular Panera bread never and I repeat never as someone at the front counter. You wait for 5 to 10 minutes before... anyone even contacts you. This doesn't happen at other Panera breads. Then when you ask them that you need help at the counterthey tell you we're busy go wait longer. Totally unprofessional store Read more

A little pricey for my budget. Good for once in awhile. Healthy food. Good taste. Saw a sign in there to $11/ month to sign up... for free coffee or tea a few other things...a reward program of some sort. ???? Read more
As with any Panera the food was good. We were surprised by the fact that we did not see anyone at the front desk until we were... almost done eating. We were confused at first but went to their kiosk and ordered through that. But when we made our order ittold us to grab a pager, but there weren't any available. We had to go back to the service area guessing when our order wasready. Crazy.......thus the 4 star rating!! Read more

Food is very consistently good and the staff are always friendly and surprisingly cheery. The manager is almost always present... and doing things and he's greeted myself as well as other customers on the way in the door.
