An order for 5 people came to nearly $100 on Sonic's website. We are missing two combos. My grilled cheese was missing the... tomato and my side is missing. We called Sonic, who let us know our food wasn't there either.. not helpful. As convenient as itis to have food delivered, why bother if we're not given the consideration of any customer. The food is always fine, but the service is incredibly slow. They should not have their lobby open because there is no cashier,... just a bell to ring for service. Lack of cashier leads to a lot of confusion and multiple employees coming out telling youdifferent things. Read more

It took a VERY long time to get our food! It seemed like everyone that ordered at the same time or right before us waited a long... time for their food. We ordered footlong coney dogs and instead of a footlong bun they put the hot dog in two buns! I don'ttravel that way much, but I probably won't go to this Sonic again. Read more
