I am new in town, and this location is my go-to place for my grocery needs, despite Cumberland Farms being right across the... street. I had multiple awesome experiences with the closing shift employees, they were very kind and talkative. I dont know whatthe issues are during the day, as i havent visited at that time. Just stopped to cash in lottery tickets. Had $30 and cashier told me there was only $25. I double check the value before going... into any store. When I told her it should be $30 she insisted it wasn't. Only $5 but still very dishonest. Plus every time youstop in it seems to be an inconvenience for the employees to do their job and wait on customers. Read more
Probably the worst Stewart?s in the area in terms of everything. Employees usually too busy chatting with friends to take care... of the store or the long lines that you?ll find here regularly. I grew up around here. I?ve been to a lot of Stews in my life. Normally the staff are great. For some reason, each time I visit... this store, I?m stuck in the middle of a shouting match between one disgruntled employee and another. One is behind the counteryelling to the other who?s stocking shelves or serving ice cream to kids about how bull**** her hours are and how she?s onlygoing to be able to get 3 hours of sleep because she?s going out to get wasted after her shift. These employees have everyright to complain on their own time or party if they want, but have some common customer service sense and stop trashing yoursupervisor in front of the customers and kids. I?ve never seen such ungrateful behavior from adults in my life. It makes peopleuncomfortable in your stores. This has happened between the same set of employees well over 10 separate times. Stewart?s, yougotta send in some undercover customer service people to get a good look at what is going on at this store. Please contact me ifyou?d like to chat further. If I could give negative, I would. The woman who made my coffee was great, after getting attitude from both though, she was the... only one who ended up being ultimately respectful and turning it around. The man working the counter was disrespectful, andunprofessional the entire time. About EVERYTHING.
