No stars. They are supposed to be opened til 10 PM but have their doors locked a whole 30 minutes before 10 PM. I knocked on the... window and shook the door, nothing except all the lights on and the 2 employees ready for me to order. They didn't even open thedoor for me or answer the store phone when i called. So ridiculous what company locks the door 30 minutes before the actualclosing time? How do you get money that way? The only subway location in Troy that doesn?t accept coupons. Yet I live less than a half mile from it, and can?t use the... coupons I receive in the mail there?? I am sure with a college across the street and multiple apartment and housing complexesfor students, they would make more money accepting the coupons. The service is great here. This is best I can say. I don't understand why Subway advertises Fresh Melts (panini press style) and... charge for them on the app and website for pick up orders when the store either cannot or will not make them that way. Read more
