I AM DONE WITH THIS PLACE. I've ordered a chicken sandwich from this restaurant TWICE and they forgot the meat. I order from... this place for 4+ years and never have I ever had this problem. Waited 10+ minutes for the 4 employees to prepare 1 order at a time before i could order, then waited another 10+ minutes to... receive my food. Coke Freestyle machines were almost all empty as usual, so couldn't get the mix I wanted. No receipt so icould do the survey, and the Wendys APP is broke. Ordered a meal. Came to about 9 almost 10 dollars. Was just a chicken samich with extra lettuce and light mayo. Didn't stay to... eat it as o was walking. Got done with the fries. Opened the chicken. It had 1 small piece of lettuce and dripping with extramayo. It was so disgusting I threw it away to the birds. I'll never eat Wendy's again. That is how much it disgusted me. Frieswhere good tho. As fast food chains go, Wendy's is near the top for me. Unfortunately, the one nearest where I live, is near the bottom for... Wendy's I've been to. Multiple times I've been told that they can't take my order because the system is down. One time theysaid they were doing drive thru only. Seriously? My order has been messed up on multiple occasions, and even if I ask forketchup with my French fries I don't always get it. The people manning the drive thru often sound actively annoyed. In thefuture I'll be going to other locations or just skipping the fast food for something healthier. Read more

28Aug2022 10pm-1030 pm who ever was working the drive thru and making sandwiches this night was terrible. I waited half hour... for my mobile order. Was asked to pull ahead to wait while they took the customers behind me. Had to go in and ask for mysandwich. My order was started after I go out of my car went into the the lobby,& waited for about 5 mins additional minutes.zero stars. Read more
