Horrible experience waited 45 min on an order for two . Order wasn't correct after two tries, and instead of the Manager ... Diamond making good on the second mess of my medium burger instead of medium/well she wanted to debate with me about instead oftrying to give customer satisfaction. I was told I could leave which I did because I told her STOP debating with me about something I didn't order and was displeased with, her place was to try to fix it and satisfy the customer. Poor Management Skills, she needs to be retrained. Also blew the waitress tip and lost money. Bad Business. Read more
Good Food, Inflation is ridiculous! Servers Always tip your server, and if you're not getting the service you want, please... politely address your server and try to make their day better. It may be your eating experience, but its their work life andisn't always good! Read more
Went to get Birthday meal for the other half and had a beer while I waited. The lady who helped me was friendly and chatted with... me( listened to me babble, which I do alot!) Got me my oder and also took care of alot of other duties. Good job ???? ???? andthe food was perfect!! ???? Read more
We did not have a great experience. We went in about 9:30 pm. We ordered mild chicken wings as an appetizer. They were so... spicy, I could not eat them and my husband said he had got mild before and they were never that hot. We ordered pretzel breadsticks and got regular bread sticks. My husband ordered a medium well steak and it was so tough that it was difficult to cut. Iordered a Southwest salad and was very disappointed with it. I would never order that salad again and personally wouldn'trecommend it. It will be a very long while before we consider visiting again, if ever. It was a waste of our money, sadly. Read more
I have not been to an Applebee's since we left WA State a little over 2 years ago. It was a nice experience to have dinner there... with my family. We were greeted upon entry, did not have to wait very long to be seated and our waitress was kind and patient.The food was pretty good and the portion sizes are large and should fill up anyone. I wanted to have a little diversity so Iordered the appetizer with a little of everything. I couldn't finish and my kids helped along the way and yet I still had to goboxes.
