We visited last weekend after not having been there for quite some time and we wondered why it had been so long! The food was... delicious and our waitress was friendly and attentive. I was not impressed with the service at all had to wait several minutes at the front for someone to finally recognize we were... waiting. The waitress did not come to check on our table. I had to flag another waitress to get hot sauce, when she finallydecided to bring it she sighed loud. She never refilled our drinks. This experience was disappointing I expected better. Read more

On a road trip stopped at this place to grab a bite to eat. Was told there was a 20 minute wait. No problem... we sat for 30... minutes and watched them seat 3 other families before us. Then asked to find out when we would be seated to be told they didn'teven put us on list. Appreciate you wasting my time. Read more
We ordered close to $150.00 for an office lunch. Once our food was delivered and pasted out to the employees, I started to mix... my Wild Fire Salad. Everything looked good until a moth climbed out of my salad. I called the store to speak with a managerabout my complaint. An employee acting as the manager asked me if I was "sure if a moth was in my salad"? Yes, I'm sure! herresponse was I don't know what I can do for you. "I will have the GM call you in 2hrs, when she returns." OH that's nice afterlunch is over. This is wrong on so many different levels. I will never order lunch or eat here again. Bob Evans in Troy is the best. Everything is always been just right just as I ordered it. I ordered my step father's dinner... because he needed a nourishing hot meal and my mother had passed away and nobody had time to prepare anything last minute.
