The kids at this location appear to have zero management or guidance.Too laid back.My pizza was great,it was done fast,and I was... treated politely.My issue? I walked out with my pizza and not having ever been to this location I thought it might be a goodidea to look at it before leaving.Now keep in mind I have left the store at this point with what I thought was my pizza.I hadordered a simple 3 topping pizza.Upon opening the box the smell of green peppers, which I hate,was overwhelming..greenpeppers....sausage....not my pizza! I went back in and explained and they found my pizza sitting there.Now my issue is they tookthe wrong pizza that I had left the store with and put it back on the shelf with THE RIGHT ticket for the customer to pickup.Disgusting.It should have went right in the trash.Good job running off a first time customer.The employees have time to lookat a cell phone,stand around and tell jokes and stories,but cant hand a customer the correct pizza order.Where is management?? Really gone downhill in the past 2 years. My pizza arrived cold, the spinach was just dumped on top of the cheese, not cooked... under like in the pictures, and the delivery driver didn't even knock or ring the doorbell to let me know he was here. I'm tootired to wait for a replacement pizza so I'm going to try to warm it in the oven. Read more
Last Wednesday my mom came through to pick up pizza for my family. My dad is currently battling cancer at Kettering Troy so it... was the logical spot to go in town. When my mom went through the drive through she did not tip because she is just picking it upand the worker was super rude and said ?thanks for nothing ma?am? while handing her the pizza. Well thanks for nothing youforgot the pepperoni. You never know what your customers are going through, and let me tell you, we will never be coming back! Read more
It was fine. I got a personal.....it was almost $7.00. I questioned why is so high... They told me that recently the prices went... up twice. They need to lower their prices. I won't go again unless the prices go down. I could of went to another place andbought a bigger pizza for just about the same amount. Read more
It is a nice little location directly across from the library and just a few blocks from the center of downtown Troy. The food... was very good and the service quick and courteous. Perhaps the location could have been a little more tidy, but, it wasn't toobad at all. Will definitely pay them a visit again in the future. Read more
Been to the Troy location twice In the last month because they use to have to best pepperoni pizza,not any more,edge to edge... pepperoni what a joke both the last 2 I've gotten had maybe 45 to 50 slices,I've had cheap frozen pizzas from grocery storesthat have had more pepperoni on them,won't buy anymore????
