My family and I have ordered from this location multiple times and have never received poor service! Tonight I swung by and pick... it up rather than having it delivered. The service was amazing! I didn't catch the counter person's name but he was extremelyhelpful and engaging! Too many other places in Troy have subpar service but this gentleman was superb! Read more

Hadn?t ordered in a while, but received a 50% off coupon in the mail. Ordered 2 pizzas and cheese bread at 1030p, as of 1140 I... had still not received my order so I called. The person on the phone said they were going to be headed out the door but had onestop before me and would be to me in about 15/20 minutes. All combined that?s about 90+ minutes waiting for a simple order. Kindof crazy if you ask me. Read more
Placed an order for delivery only to end up driving to the store 90+ minutes after the order was placed to pick up said orders.... Couldn?t reach store to see why our order was late because phones were turned off. Worst experience ever at a place we normallylove to get pizza from. Pretty sure this was the last time going there. Ordered Medium deluxe pizza. Sauce covered entire crust, however the remaining ingredients were only in center of crust. There... was at least 2 inches all around that only has the sauce. Will not go there again. Read more
Probably the best pizza place in or near Troy. Always fast, hot, and fresh. The new management really takes pride in the place... and it definitely shows! Prices are pretty good too. I definitely recommend this one. Read more
Order pizza for pick up when got home and open box was really disappointed. Ordered a a 14 inch with pepperoni half sausage with... extra cheese. Only 14 pieces of pepperoni and very few pieces of sausage and I dont think there was extra cheese which I paidextra for. Anyway called the store and told them the above and all I got was a sorry about that. REALLY?? Wont be patronizingyour store again. Read more
