Not a bad experience just personally wasn't a fan. The staff is somewhat helpful although it seems they don't enjoy their job. I... wish they were more friendly. Way way over priced. Quality over the last couple years seems to have taken a hit. And my favorite being the Mac and cheese now... taste like out of box and watered down sauce. Very disappointed as of late. Read more

Used the app to order which I appreciate. Picked up curbside. It was pretty fast. The food was fresh and yummy, best iced tea!
The staff was friendly and helpful. We both had warm bowls. We suggest something else. We had supply problems. They were out of... my wife's favorite coffee. The men's room did not have paper hand towels. They kept running out of the lids to the most popularsize of drinks. All and all and OK experience. I've been to better Paneras. Read more
