This particular location is has gone downhill ever since new ownership has taken over. Pizza oven is to hot and the food comes... out burnt, and topping amounts have decreased. A shame, as it used to be an excellent location. Read more
Great value and great topping choices. The customer service is fantastic from everyone who's made our order. The kids enjoy... picking their toppings and juice. I enjoy the rewards they offer to earn a free pizza for just eating from them. We now drive toTroy ohio because they shut the Huber heights one down for a Wileys chicken, which in my opinion was a huge mistake. Read more

From 5 to 1 stars. We love this pizza, it is really good when they get it right. Unfortunately, they?re about 50/50 on their... order accuracy these days. It?s frustrating to have to remind them to give you the dipping sauces half the time you pick up. Butnot 1 star frustrating. What dropped it to 1 star was my last order. And my last straw. They messed up something about everysingle item on my order. Missing all of the dipping sauces, the pictured pizza was completely charred, if it wasn?t blackened,it was so dry it wasn?t enjoyable. They missed one of the two pepperoni sticks and the one I got was burnt too. What sealedtheir 1 star review is when I called the location to talk about the order, no one answered and the machine said ?memory isfull.? This screams poor management and the dwindling quality and order accuracy screams underpaid, or poorly trained, or somereason for the staff to not be good at or not care about their manager, the company, or both.
