Got there at 7:50. Lady said they were closed and could not fix my order. If you are going to close at 7:50, please don't post... that you are open until 8 p.m. I didn't complain because I figured it was store policy and the young lady had to follow it. Don't waste your time with this one. They have unfriendly young girls working there and they do not know how to make the drinks.... Bite the bullet and go to the Starbucks across town. You will wait there, but it's an actual Starbucks. Read more

When my brother went there earlier today, the barista told him they DO NOT make the Starbuck Reserve Dark Chocolate Mocha, and... told him they can make it at the West Main location since it is a company store. Because of that, my brother ordered threelarge coffees. However, when they were ready, the worker sold him two mediums and one large, and my brother told the worker itwas wrong. The barista gave him an attitude instead of fixing the problem. He just left the coffees and got a refund. Read more

Starbucks has a grumpy old lady working the counter that likes to give you attitude over starbucks daily offers that should... automatically applied. Go to the actual starbucks if you want real customer service and not a bad attitude. She's got long grayhair and she's never come off warm or friendly. Read more
