Horrible experience doesn't even deserve a star . Ordered food on ap, did not receive it until 30 minutes after pick up time.... Did not have meat for one of the subs so did substitute for a different sub. Did not have the cookies as they were busy in theafternoon so didn't have time to bake. No problem, except no one could tell me how to get the refund. Was told to call or comein on Monday (this was a Friday) . I called Monday and told manager not there he was her son and took message and to call backTuesday morning. Well called Tuesday morning and only went to a voice mail. After 3rd attempt left voice mail. It is Friday andstill no returned call. We ordered 10 cookies so it's basically $9 they ripped us off. Even emailed company and have heardnothing. Ordered on the app on Saturday, July 9th 2022. Went to the drive thru to pick up my order and waited for 10 minutes. No one said... anything to us, so my wife and I went inside. When we went in, the kid working didn?t have his headset on and was blastingmusic. We could hear it before we even approached the door. He never once acknowledged us. 10 minutes we stood there until Ifinally asked if our order was ready. He was extremely rude on top of being extremely lazy. We paid $30 and our sandwiches werepoorly made slop. You have forever lost a customer as I will never return to a subway again. For the price I paid I could ofwent to Pennie?s Station or Jimmy John?s and ate delicious sandwiches and ended up paying less. Horrible! Read more
6-9-22 Didn't get the young mans name that was working tonight, but he was amazing. We hit him up right before closing (he was... alone)and he worked his tail off getting our orders straight and still had a customer behind us. Got a notification my subs was ready I get there 5-10 minutes later and they are still making one of them. I had put on my order... extra/lots of pickles noticed he didn't put many on so asked for more . Was told it was the only pan of pickles left (it wasfull ) and I couldn't have any more lol this is at 730 at night how many more people are going to come in ? Or how is that myproblem if they run put ? Didn't mean to order from this subway in the first place nor will I go back to it . Read more
Slowest subway on the planet. I've arrived at 640 for 5 days straight and left at 655 with no sandwich everyday. There's never... been more than 2 people in front of me. I pulled up to drive thru and sat there for 8 minutes with no answer Read more
Came to the store at 8pm, doors locked and supposed to be open til 10. Staff not welcoming when they do provide service.
