Ordered To Go thinking they had curbside as the app states arrive and text "Here". Arrived on time. Food was 15 minutes late.... The food had obviously been completed at various times as our fries and onion blossom were ice cold. The one blossom looked likesomeone dug through it with a silverware prior to packing it, was horribly burned, and came with no sauce. This was our firsttry at this location and will be our last. What a cool new Texas Roadhouse! Sat at the bar and had a legend margarita, it was quite good!! Thank you Sandra for a great... drink!My daughter and son in law suggested we try this new roadhouse and we were surprised at how close it was to where we live! Building was immaculate. We got right in even though the parking lot was full! I got the sirloin and ribs with salad and fries.Salad was crisp and fresh.sirloin and ribs were great too! WORST TEXAS ROADHOUSE MY FAMILY AND I HAVE EVER VISITED.......Horrible greeting to start, went through a few different hostesses... to get a response when we'd get seated ( when we walked in it was almost 2 hours before closing, no one waiting at all, on aSaturday night and this was how it went... Love these places across the country!!!!! ) so I asked for a bag of peanuts as nonewere anywhere around, got an attitude from another hostess telling my 5 year old where they are and they were out so how'd shefeel then.... We knew it was going to be a long wait, even with checking in before we left the house. That wasn?t an issue at all. It was the... fact that the two at the door were so busy talking to each other, when they directed us into the ?on deck? that they forgot toactually check us in. So after an hour and 15 min wait in the parking lot, we had another 30 minute wait watching everyone elsecome and go. Finally a woman came and said she thinks we were missed by the two out front. I wish I could say that was theworse of it. Accidents happen and if it was just that I would not be leaving a complaint. Our waitress was very sweet and wetold her what happened and laughed while we ordered our drinks. She came back with our bar drinks and other drinks quickly andtook our order. About 15 minutes later she came back and told us the order didn?t take in the tablet and we had to order again.We laughed again and said it just must be us! The final straw was my filet was the worse cut of meat I?ve had at any Texas roadhouse and way over cooked. It was super fatty and more like beef jerky. I was starving by this point and told our waitress aboutit but I didn?t want to wait so I just ate it. While the music kept raising way too high and someone would turn it back downlike they were having an argument about the proper volume. The atmosphere was nice our waitress Bobbi was excellent!!!. Unfortunately my medium rare steak was raw. Manager offerd to put... it back on the grill ,but I am not a fan of that . I was not offered another steak but he did take it off my bill. I will coneback for another try . Hopefully it will be better. Read more

Great food. Friendly and professional service, even though I got there near closing time. Not all that expensive considering... what all I ordered and compared to other places. And I left full. Not sure what else to say. Read more
