I went thru drive thru today I ord a large iced pumpkin spice latte I got a regular iced coffee no flavoring I went back thru... got what I thought was the right coffee I left, took a drink and it tasted like chemicals, no pumpkin flavor I called and mgranswered and said she made coffee and she used pumpkin spice mix she said she didn't like the mix either she did say she wouldreplace it I was on my way to work she said she would be there on Sat but I live 10 miles away then she hung up on me I was veryfriendly did not raise my voice i will not go back to this Tim Horton's sorry for the long post I never got a receipt either Read more
I want to like this place so badly, but the coffee is just so inconsistent. I order a double-double iced vanilla coffee every... time. I?m pretty chill if there?s a little variability. However, sometimes it?s perfect, other times it?s WAY too sweet, orbarely sweet at all, or watery, or it barely has any ice. I just don?t get it. I do drive out of my way to this one thoughbecause the other one in Troy is even less consistent. Everything else seems fine but I find myself more disappointed thansatisfied. The last time I went I got grounds. I think I?m done with this place. Four Month Update: I went ahead and triedagain. Same. Just didn?t taste good, although no grounds. Also, not their fault, but why do I have to load money on a card,rather than just pay directly on the app with a card or ApplePay? I had a free bagel on the app too. This made me order at thedrive thru instead, but my free bagel wouldn?t register when I scanned my app, so it?s all pointless. Read more
Coffee is very inconsistent sometimes it's too sweet sometimes it's just right or sometimes it's too bitter or it's just plain... out watery. Sometimes it's perfect but not very often anymore Read more
Horrible, I had to ask for the right drink (strawberry coconut refresher twice. They gave me strawberry mango and then I asked... for the strawberry coconut and it looked like strawberry white milk the girl at the window was apologized and then a anotherstaff on the second time slim looking white girl with brown hair with a ponytail handed her the second drink with a attitudeforced it into her hand)!!!!! Our breakfast sandwiches were delicious! Had the bacon and egg bagels. Regular coffee is average. The ice cream coffee was... really good. The staff was fun and friendly. Fast drive thru. We recommend. Read more
I've never had a bad experience here! In my opinion it's the best Tim Hortons in the Dayton area. It's layed out nicely and... feels like a coffee shop. The coffee and donuts are always tasty and fresh. Every now and then we receive an extra awesomefrappuccino, which makes our day ???? Read more
I enjoyed the Tim Bits and coffee. The young lady waiting on me was super friendly and a pleasure to talk to.
