What the heck happened to this store in the last two weeks? You go in there and NOTHING works...the soda machine....the milk... shake machine...the lottery kiosk. I don?t know the last time I had decent service at this location. Maybe when it was still called the RedHen. Of all the dandy?s... I have been a customer at, this is by far the worst location. From waiting over 35 minutes for two basic sandwiches on a deadnight to waiting 10+ minutes to cash out with only 2 patrons in front of me. Not to mention, even during the COVID pandemic Ihave witnessed them making food without gloves. Read more
They overcharge for soda, have to pay for ice from soda dispenser. (frozen water that's usually free from Sheetz, or anywhere... else. mind you we brought in our own cups. customer service is rude, none of the prices are the same between shift staff. Theyare also very politically biased to anyone who openly represents their political party (to me it seems at least). One employeelooked at my shirt and IMMEDIATELY got rude to me. (Started panicking when I left the store after she was rude.) Overall, don'tstop here, go to the pump n pantry if you need gas, and if you need anything else, go to one of the many NICE and FRIENDLYstores that are located on the same street. Do not come here.
