This is our absolute favorite place to eat on vacation. Sometimes we talking about driving out here just to get sushi and come... home. It's just so delicious! The calamari has changed since covid but the food is still delicious. Read more

Overall the sushi rolls are limited in variety almost all the rolls are fried shrimp. Pretty "decent" sushi for a place in the... mountains. Plates are a bit too salty. The service is nice the place overall has a good ambiance. The calamari plate was reallygood and filling. Pricey but expected. Read more

We were expecting very tasty authentic Japanese food upon seeing nice wooden (not single use) chopsticks and the classy decor.... We ordered edamame, chicken appetizer, a sushi roll, salmon nigiri, and two bowls of ramen. The ramen was borderline too salty, barely edible. The chicken appetizer was tasty but probably more of a fusion style dish, not authentic. The nigiri was abysmal.I’ve purchased salmon before and made my own sushi, even as an untrained chef I was able to choose better cuts of salmon thanthis so called sushi restaurant. Hands down the worst salmon nigiri I’ve ever had. Inedible. The roll was passable but not upto par with the price and quality of sushi places we’ve ever eaten at. In short- we were expecting better quality food butcame away sorely disappointed. Read more

Drunken Monkey was amazing! The presentation of the food was unbelievable, so many colors! I had the Ramen, delicious. We also... ordered edamame with garlic spices on it for the table and it was a major hit. The service was a little slow, but the overallexperience made it completely worth it. Inside and outside seating. Will be visiting again! Read more

Service was good - waitresses were quick, responsive and friendly. Don't expect too much from the food. Shrimp tempura had too... much batter, udon soup was too salty, and the tempura did not come with dipping sauce. Read more

Family and I ordered a few standard choices as well as some impromptu ones. Everything (really, everything) was great. There was... a bit of a wait and service was slammed but that’s all expected in a touristy town and they did a great job getting us in andfed. Just plan ahead…and order a drink while you wait in the patio and let your kid climb the rocks. Read more

We had the yellow tail grilled fish and it was truly well cut, cooked and plated called hamachi kama. I am big fish lover, and... this place does it right. The service was very good. They guided us what we can like and helped us to order the right items onthe menu. My daughter got hosomaki with some added items inside like spinach and eel. Hosomaki was the best we ever got so far. They paid good attention to our table. Well served. Special thanks to chef Nedim and all the staff for the amazing experience. Read more

The food itself would have got five stars, the serving (the waitresses) however were the slowest I've ever experienced! We went... there on a Thursday evening, they were really busy so it took quite a while for us to get seated, around 50 minutes, but it isunderstandable. The food was absolutely worth the wait, fantastic sushi rolls, very flavorful and balanced. The soup base forthe udon is quite good too. But after we finish eating, we waited for almost 30 minutes just to get the check, we had to wavedown multiple waitresses and then they just seem to disappear somewhere and never came back. They didn't seem shorthanded, wesaw quite a few waitresses during our dinner, they were just all moving at a very slow speed. Read more
