One of the employees decided to do a full service cleaning of the bathroom in the middle of the lunch rush and traffic leaving... Tahoe and they took 30 minutes, killed the whole floor and everything. There was a line through the whole restroom by the timethey were done. Read more
Our visit here was good, the person taking our order was nice, the food was very delicious after 6hrs of work and this hit the... spot. The one thing that wasn't great was they filled the cup about 3/4 and called it good, the fries were good and cooked wellbut they were set on their side in the bag which after being handed to me they were almost all over the bottom of thebag.. Overall we appreciate the service and speedy in and out so we could enjoy it and be on our way but some speed should beslowed down to show efficiency as well as quality, but overall we are thankful for what the service team does and I know it willbe 5 stars on the next visit! Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I have been there several times. Last time I ordered a big Mac and it was a mixture of a... quarter pounder and cheese burger. Big Mac top bun and cheese burger top bun for a bottom bun with ketchup only. It would take awhile to explain everything about one cheese burger. Much less everything else. My two year old granddaughter could do better. Read more

This is actually the worst McDonald's in the franchise. Fries are perpetually under cooked tasting frozen still, they use the... wrong size patties for quarter pounder cheeseburgers, and just attention to detail being lacking. If you really want McDonald'swait till you can get to another location. Read more
Found raw nuggets they only refund for the raw ones not whole order. I was eating my nuggets and the last two were what seemed... raw. They were soft and I instantly knew something was wrong here. I asked for a refund and they gave me ¢20 cents for the 2nuggets. Like what????? If I haven?t noticed that the last two were raw, then who knows if the previous ones were raw or not? Ididn?t inspect each one!!! I just ate them as I normally would. I would really like to talk to corporate as this behavior is notacceptable. Read more
Good food. Nice stop if going to Lake Tahoe. Got the two for $4 double cheeseburger or mc chicken deal. Can't beat it!
