Terrible service from Daniel - gruff, mean look (versus a smile) Daniel didn?t enter the order details in register (12 oz latte... with Oatmilk, blonde espresso, kids temp), and didn?t repeat the order back for accuracy, seemed impatient, although there wasno line. Of course latte was made with whole milk. I asked for a refund. Daniel didn?t apologize or offer to make the drinkover. He just snapped - they don?t have Oatmilk. He could have told me that when I ordered the latte, rather than wasting mytime. Read more
I showed up at 5:30 am and was told they don?t open until 6:00am. Yet it says 5:30am and I heard another Sam?s coworker asking... the Starbucks employee. If he?s late and he said yes he woke up late. Absolutely terrible customer service! Usually Starbucks has the best people and most friendly people working for them. Sure... everyone can have an off day but went to this place two Saturdays in a row and the same girl with the same bad attitude wasworking and ruined it for me. Won?t be back to this location.
