Tucked away in a corner away from the hustle and bustle, Good Wolf is nondescript from the outside and unforgettable from the... inside. The Good Wolf is awesome. We stopped by to try some beers to pick a keg for our Truckee wedding in September '22 and found out... there was trivia that night, so we were immediately fans. After choosing a crisp, delicious beer to serve at our wedding, wecame to pick up our keg and the staff had made a little goodie bag of Good Wolf swag as a way to say congrats. Applause to the staff member working! Made me feel at home in the tap room, answered all questions, put up with me till close.... Beer was really really solid. Love the variety of the tap list. I have drunk the exact same IPA, triple IPA, hazy, and pale ale, brewed in dozens of breweries from Mexico to Canada. This... establishment here, sticks out not just for their variety, but their quality. It's not just IPAs here. This fig wine, forexample, is really flavorful, and contains the most well-hidden fifteen percent I've had. You just can't argue with these brews.This place is perfect for anyone looking to try something new, but also, it's just great beer for people who will drink anythinggood, and don't care what it's called. And there are cheeses and snacks and a kettle chip brand you won't find anywhere else.Plus the decor is, like, magical and stuff. You could fall in love and start a new band here. Read more

Really good beers here with some interesting flavors. The facility was nice, if a little dark though. The outside section was... covered and had plenty of tables. My favorite brewery in Truckee for sure. Beertender was very nice and friendly. Read more
