Some off the staff are really rude at this location and seem to realy dislike helping truck drivers. We have decided to invest... our half million dollar per year fuel expenses exclusively at the QUICK TRIP & QUICK STAR stations that seem to actuallyappreciate seeing us....Casey's our drivers are extremely dedicated and hard working individuals who routinly start work in themiddle of the night and work 70 plus hours per week in extreme weather conditions and are away from home often. Truman, Mn Casey?s is the worst store I?ve been to they have terrible hospitality and are very rude in the morning just because... they?re busy or ask of a double bag I work with pigs so I have to do so but I don?t like here rude comments or scoffs when I askfor something it?s your job . Read more
Don't pay ahead for pizza orders because 50% of the time you'll leave without your order since they haven't started on it due to... incompetence. Read more
This store never has a selection of breakfast items out in the early am, some mornings the kitchen staff has nothing out! When I... was fresh out of high school I worked at a Casey?s, they had the kitchen staff come in several hours before opening to ensureitems where ready by opening, maybe the manager at this store needs to get her kitchen staff a little more motivated because atthis point I?m done wasting my time stopping in the morning, sure wish I ran across another store on my way to work as I?m sureit?s not ?Casey?s? it?s just a staff/management Problem. Over all store, staff and food are great, but going non-24 again gives Corporate a score of two.
Did an online order. Waited 20mins went to go pick it up they looked at me like what order. They saw the receipt and said oops... we forgot to make it... had to wait another 20mins for them to make it... Read more
Very friendly and helpful. Food is good and they are very fast when it come to take out.
Nothing out of the ordinary. Stopped to use the restroom whish was well kept. And bought couple star bucks double shots for... $6. Cashier wasn't above and beyond, just there. A nice sized store with pizza to go. A nice set up for the Truman area. Read more
