I visit the Trumann Sonic location often. This Sonic location is always clean. There staff is friendly and courteous every... time. There service is quick to any of the 25 stations or they have a drive through. There are 2 pull up stations for largervehicles, duly trucks, motor homes, or if you are pulling a trailer. Great for duck hunters with boats. There is an occasionalsmall glitch in orders, but nothing serious and the starr is always happy to make corrections. I use the Sonic app often. There is a slight learning curve to it but over all, it works very well, and you save money. NOTE: Good, bad, or ugly. Myreviews, are based on personal experiences. My photos, are never misleading. They have some serious staffing issues and need to quickly get something fixed. Even using the app does not help to speed... things up. I love Sonic, but I will drive to Jonesboro until something is better at Trumann. I can drive to Stadium Sonic getan order and get back to Bay faster than I got my order last Sunday. Read more

Just last week I ordered the ultimate meat and cheese burrito. Got home and after several bites realized they had forgotten the... bacon and zesty cheese sauce. The manager was nice enough to take my name for a free one. Tonight we ordered our food and about12 minutes later the screen said our food was on the way. 10 minutes go by and we had not received our food yet so we buzzedback in and asked about it. They told us they were going to find out what the deal was. Another 7 minutes go by before a carhopcomes out with our food. The milkshake had clearly sat on the counter for several minutes as it was runny. All of our food wasbarely warm. And everyone knows how cold tater tot?s taste. Not to mention all three ?chicken tenders? fit in my palm. They wereas long as my hand is wide. Roughly 3 inches in length. That?s more like an oversized chicken nugget. I can?t believe that?swhat we got for $30. I haven?t taken a sip of my drink yet but I?m going to bet it?s already watered down since our orderclearly sat on the counter for 15-20 minutes before being brought to us. My wife and I drove to sonic after a bad experience at the KFC/Taco bell across the street. Service was fast. But I found that... the speed of service sacrificed quality of product. I ordered the all American hot dog and it seemed sparse on toppings. Read more
They can't seem to get our food right during dinner time this isn't the first time it has happened. (SOMEONE WAS CARRYING AROUND... A BABY IN THE KITCHEN AREA) and messed up 2 of our orders back to back (we would have had only one order if they would've gottenthe first order correct) so we had to place 2 orders!!! Bad experiences, they told me I need to bring the little cheeseburgerback that they put in my order to replace the burger meal that I paid for...$15 for a cup of ice, cheese sticks, & a littleburger? (it was supposed to be a double bacon cheeseburger meal) I'm not able to because I can't drive at the moment due torecent surgery and had three little kids that are tired and my burger was cold by the time I got ready to eat it & the manageron duty says is that all you need because I can't do anything for you and I kindly explained why I couldn't & she laughed at thesituation, it's ok corporate will take care of it????????
