I have been to three Byrne dairy one in Ithaca and the other in Cortland n.y and have never been treated the way trumansburg n.y... one they treat people, one thing is there will be 3 employees and I will be standing at the register for about 5 minutes beforeanyone speaks to you . Well this one particular day I went in to trumansburg Byrne dairy and there was 3 employees working onewas doing coffee, the other one was stocking the shelf's ,and the rude one was filling the hot case and told me someone will beright with you so I said no problem,waited 5 minutes and I signed so the women put the hot food in case ,then yelled at me andsaid " I have been here all night , so you can get your coffee and gas ,I said we'll people come here cuz it's a conveniencestore and have to get to work ,then she refused to ring me out because of my attitude and told me to lose it ,so I said you canring me out or I can talk to management so she rang me out and then said have a good day and lose the attitude.so if I can avoidthat Byrne dairy I will .rude employees very . I have had some of the worst customer service by One person. She is always mean, doesn't look up from her phone, and is... constantly talking/yelling to other employees in other parts of the store. Barely says three words to the customer. Absolutelythe worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. The first time I thought maybe she was having a bad day, but ithas been every time since. I honestly try to avoid going in if I see her at the counter. Read more

I visit regularly, usually for a quick lunch. Wasnt quick today. Took ten minutes for deli person to serve my daughter. Out... of salads (which I understand can happen but threw our orders off). No free drink with wraps as somehow for today tea didntcount as it always has before (same price as sodas). Read more
Open 24 hours a day. Close to the street, with great lighting. It always feels safe & comfortable. Great location on main street... with a fine selection & the store is newly renovated & updated. Gas, food, bathroom & variety of other 'needs. I like ByrneDairy! Read more
