Came here while passing through Trumansburg and the food was wonderful! Chicken tenders were moist on the inside and crispy on... the outside. Extensive menu, food is well priced and portions are good sized. Overall I was very satisfied by the meal and woulddefinitely come back if I?m ever in town again. Read more
Had the fried mushrooms and a Philly cheese steak sub, it was really good, my only complaint is I wish I had more.
This was honestly the worst burger my husband and I have ever had. We got two medium-well cheeseburgers, one with "homemade"... chips, and the other one with french fries. The fries were cold and unsalted and chips were clearly Lays (nothing against a Layschip, but if the menu says homemade, I would expect homemade). Both burgers were very dry and were overcooked. I really wishthis was better since there aren't a ton of options in this area and the reviews were pretty good. Read more
Have been here a few times and love it! We've sat in the bar side and even though it seems like there are probably "regulars"... there, we have been warmly welcomed. It's not a huge space, so probably not great for larger parties. They have a great menu...Lots of options like pizza, burgers, sandwiches, dinners (like fish fry), and their unique "squeezes" - kind of like a sandwichin folded pizza dough. We like to get different things so we can try what the other gets... Everything has been delicious sofar! Definitely recommend! Read more
Kicking myself for waiting this long to try this place. Had the steak, bacon and cheddar 'squeeze' and was seriously impressed.... Quality all around and a very filling portion. Went with 3 others and I was the only one that finished mine. Others lovedtheirs, just too much for them in one sitting. (perfect for me, although didn't really want to move) Can't wait to go back, Imay have the same thing, but their burgers looked really good too. Friendly staff and an older crowd but everyone had a smileon. (good food can do that). Only down side is it was really hot inside (first real freezing outside day, so the systemsprobably need a tweaking). Nice rustic wood interior with a friendly Adirondack feel with framed pictures of what I'm guessingare friends and regulars. Only 'knock' is there isn't a huge beer selection, but enough you shouldn't be thirsty. They alsohad a nice wine selection with several locals. Middle of a Saturday afternoon was about half full, with everyone eating shouldalso speak to the food here. Easy drive up from Ithaca and totally worth the trip. As a warning, the bar on a map looks likeit's on the main strip, but if you're coming from the south, it's a half street back, go a little past and take a right when youpass and another right into the lot.
