Came here because we wanted a unique experience for steak. I must say this in a shopping center that is in a more secluded... location but the food hit the spot. Had a NY Strip and the meal was perfectly cooked and falvorfull. Would also reccomend thefilet tips as an appetizer. They also have a good wine selection to pair nicely with your meal. Good high end restaurant to havea steak and not feel like your in the dark old school steak house. Read more

Nice place with outdoor dining. Nice size on the strip steak, but bland. Could have been salted and peppered. The side of... spinach was way too small. One of us waited quite a while for a salad and it wasn't that crowded yet. Read more
First time there, great experience! Food was delicious, they had great special fall cocktail options, the fall sangria was... amazing! Ahi tuna was cooked perfectly served with wasabi dressing, prime rib was tender and cooked perfectly with seasonedvegetables. Tables were spaced nicely so didn?t feel crowded at all - Covid safe feeling. We will definitely visit again. Read more
Not all restaurants need to have giant portions. Parker has a delicious menu of small plates, sandwiches and dinners. Not a... crowded menu, and what is on it is made very well. Basic comfort items like a pile of fries up to stuffed shrimp pasta specials.Moderate cost but worth it. Read more
If you are looking a really good meal in Trumbull this is it. The place was tucked away and would never have found it or noticed... it if it wasn?t for google maps but great find. The appetizers were good we good the asparagus wrapped prosciutto and fries. Ihad the filet which was a bit pricey but the portion for a filet was huge and wasn?t just size but quality very tasty meatcooked perfectly. Oh man the desert, we couldn?t decide because they had my three favorite peanut butter pie, key lime pie, andCOOKIES. The cookies were fantastic, so simple I wish other places just offered this simple desert treat. The atmosphere wasperfect, not to quiet or load and nicely themed. The service was perfect as we didn?t even realize they were there and were ableto just enjoy. Highly recommend Parker for your next night out. Read more
Parker gets it right. My favorite spot to have a nice meal out with friends, we come here quite often. I started doing takeout... from here as well, and you?d be hard pressed to find a better burger in a box. Their menu is short, but far reaching withsomething for everyone. Read more
