I'm sorry to write this but the service was fine at first. Promptly took my order and that was great. I watched my burger... completed. But nobody picked it up and gave it to me for at least 5 minutes. It was frustrating knowing it was my burger and thegirl who's job it was, was having such a hard time with something else that she didn't even care that my burger was done. I was craving a hamburger and opted to stop in at A&W - Robie St, Truro. Selection was hard to make as everything looked so... delicious. Their brand name Root Beer Soda is the best I've ever had. Staff were friendly and great Customer Service. Meal wasextra Yummy and I left with a stuffed stomach. They offer handicap parking and access. My totally delicious meal was top notch.I definitely recommend this location. Read more
The service here is horrible. My order was simple - one buddy burger. It sat there, ready to be served - but the employees just... stood there for several minutes, finishing up their gossip, before they could be bothered to put my burger in a bag and hand itto me. Then they rudely and sarcastically said "YOUR WELCOME!!!" because I walked away without thanking them for their horribleservice. After waiting 10 mins for my chicken to be put in the deep fryer even tho when asked if they had any ready i was told yes they... still could not make my chicken burger correctly.
