Absolutely disgusting. Didn't check the box after delivery. Opened a couple minutes later to find 1/2 of the pizza had all of... the toppings. Obviously it was carried on it's side. Called the shop and was told they were sorry. No offered of a replacementor anything. The veggie pizza had a handful of shrimp on it! First taste reminded us of mashed potatoes with gravy. usually enjoy their slices and still do but why are the donair slices when you buy them by the slice have donair sauce in the... pizza baked in, then you order a whole donair pizza and i get pizza with donair slices tomatoes and onions with donair sauce onthe side?? 2 different pizzas and completely threw me off but other than that their lunch slices are good Read more
New to outside of Truro area. Sadly 3 out of 6 visits our orders have been wrong. Tonight no effort was made to quickly rectify... this. Instead of requesting the pizza we ordered, we asked for two small donairs thinking it would quicker. No luck had to waitanother 40 mins in the parking lot. Note the second attempt was still wrong. THE BEST PIZZA IN TOWN! I was a Acropole lover from living in the Pictou County area. When it moved to Truro I was elated. Never... ever had a pizza that wasn?t exquisite. Golden and delicious! This is our only pizza of choice. To us there is no other andwe?ve had many different ones but Acropole, well bar none, the King of the Pizza?s. Thanks guys!!! Read more
It's a very good place to eat pizza. The pizza was very good and the attentio was awesome.
We had a bit of a wait ,but the pizza was worth the wait!! Very juicy pizza,with not a lot of unnecessary crust around the... perimeter of it.A lot juicier then pizza often is!! Loved it! Read more
The pizza sauce is the best without a doubt. When there is too many types of pizza restaurants out there this one will be... something different for you to try. Not the typical Pizza sauce. The service is good. They don't have chicken option for pizzasbut they accommodated our request. Definitely a good place to try if you want to eat Pizza and experience something different. Read more
I do enjoy the brown sauce. The pizza is a little thicker than I usually like, but avoided the doughy consistency I don?t like... so i can?t complain. I did, however get the sloppiest, mess of a pizza I?ve had in my life here once, but as a former pizza cookI?ll chock that up to a freak occurrence.
