They mixed up my order: pineapple should have been on the veggie pizza but the food was good.
We were here tonight and the entire experience was just terrible. We were seated and given menus right away but waited 25... minutes before someone came over and asked if we had been helped. She took our orders but never wrote it down which is likelywhy one meal was wrong and part of our order never showed up. The food didn’t take too long to get to our table after finallyordering, but my husband’s burger bun and bacon was burnt, and my pasta was the wrong kind. When they brought it back fixedfor me I had to wait another 5 min after asking for utensils to start eating. We had ordered wings that never showed up to thetable but did show up on the bill which we had them remove. We never even knew who our server was because 4 different peoplecame to our table over the course of our time there which just showed how disorganized the night was. They were out of nachos and chicken wings, wasnt informed before ordering. Seems to be major staff shortage as well. Sign said... seat yourself, sat down and waited at least 5 minutes before getting a menu. Took about 45 minutes to get food. Then when itcame time to get the bill waited atleast 15 minutes no servers to be found. Us and 2 other tables got tired of waiting and hadto go find someone so we could leave. Read more
Got the grilled chicken club that I get and love. And Usually good, but this time the chicken was over cook and so Dry you... couldn't even eat it, over $20 for a meal that you can't even eat is really bad. Don't know if it's a new cook or want butwill not be Wasting my money there like that again. Read more
The initial service, waiting for the waitress tontake our order, was very slow, to the point where we were discussing leaving &... where we would go for lunch when we did. When we were ordering we had to make some adjustments in what we wanted because theywere out of some things that were on the menu. BUT once our order was taken things went good after that & all of us were happywith our food & the service from then on. Read more
Believe like all industries the restaurant was short staffed. My server Elena (?)was very attentive to our needs. It took about... 40 minutes for the food to arrive and part of it was soggy and cold. Elena had it replaced and then took away the cold food. The"Kickin Memphis Chicken Sandwiches" was delicious. Read more
