We stopped here on our road trip and were pleasantly surprised. This place is more like dining at a friend's than a restaurant.... The service is like no other I've ever seen and the friendliest waiter I have ever had in my life. The food was spectacularespecially the seafood pastas and the chicken parm. Also the appetizers and onion blossom was delicious. The serve generoussalads and bread and butter so go for the small unless you are very hungry. This place is an absolute must when you're in Truro. I stopped in Truro on my travels and seen this restaurant while visiting a nearby walking park. It seemed quite busy and thought... to myself it may be a nice restaurant to stop for supper ???? ???? Parking lot was quite full, a good sign maybe lol. Was seatedon the patio as requested, very cozy. I had ordered a Chicken Carbonara because it had great reviews and Italian Sausage Soupfor the side dish. 10 minutes past and then a lady came with bread and butter, ten minutes after that 2nd lady came with a Cesarsalad that I didn't order and then 15 minutes later a 3rd lady came and stretched out and passed me my dish instead of taking afew extra steps to put my meal in front of me. Seated quickly. Ordered and served quickly. Ordered bbq chicken pizza. Very appetizing appearance. It's like a flat bread crust... which doesn't absorb anything so topping kept falling off do to excessive bbq sauce. But other than that is was delicious. Goingback to try the bugars. Read more
