This place isn't bad if you want some money, It's worth the visit

I would not recommend this place to anybody who's looking for a... legit Location to make money off of scrap metal we took in some copper and aluminum thinking that the hard work we put into itpaid off and left very disappointed, Mcnutts on Young Street offered me double what the subway bottle exchange was offering sowith that being said I would stay far away from Subway bottle exchange, if you're looking to sell scrap metal there is more fairand legit buyers round town. Two thumbs down????????????...????this place!!! Rip off? if they think they can get away with it orthat ur somebody that doesn't know much about scrap metal prices they Will try to take ur ????????????????just a heads up Read more

These folks are always courteous and helpful-I don?t mind the drive through-it?s more efficient for everyone-no big deal... counting my own cans and bottles-uncounted ones create a bottle neck-see what I did there-great folks to deal with-miss thedoggies. Read more

Should have informed the public that you are closed due to the virus. People do check on line to see who is open. It is still... posted that you are still open your regular hours. Was quit upset to have gone all the way over there from Brookfiled to findout that you are closed. Read more

If you are returning your bottles here, make sure you count your bottles or you will be ripped off big time. I had counted one... bag prior to arriving, which had about 100 cans in it. In addition to this, I had 5 more bags that were much bigger than thecounted bag (i.e., >100 cans). Not only did they only count 300 cans TOTAL (should have been over 500 minimum), they must haveforgot about the 24+ wine bottles and all of my containers greater than 500ml, as I had zero 10 cent returns! Many of the guys working there are quite nice, but watch out because some of them will "forget" to add some of the bottles.... Other than that the place is good, they have accounts open for charities there so you can donate directly to a charity that way.The only other issue I have with this place is they aren't open very long on the weekends which is unfortunate if you work allweek and only have time to go on the weekends.
