I?m so disappointed with my last visit. First they completely forgot about my order and tried to give me the wrong thing. Then... they rushed through making it and the noodles in my soup were undercooked and the broth was literally cold. I had to heat it upat home. Shocking. I know they are more busy than they appear and it?s tough when it?s only 2 people but I truly think it?s justa lack of caring. I ordered two imperial rolls and I was also given no dipping sauce for them. They also give you terrible dirtylooks. I?ve had excellent service and food at other locations so it?s very disappointing. Food is normally good if you get it in person. Ordering over phone and having delivery can be hit or miss.

I was very enthusiastic with the idea of having a pad see ew as it is my fav dish at Thaï Express. I don't leave close to one... (min 2hrs of drive), but since it was on my way home I felt like why not. Sadly, there were no eggs, but no discount for that,there was too much salt, too much sauce, not a lot of vegetables and the noodles were very greasy. Probably one of the worst padsee ew I ever had. If it was not for the fact that there are a very few Thaï Express in NS I would have given 2 stars, but Iam hopeful that this comment will be read and things will change.
