This place is smaller than a Tim Horton's i normally see. But this place is kinda worth the visit.
Small, but only Tim Hortons in downtown Truro. It's such a small place, thus, some products are not avaliable(EX: white hot... chocolate) in here; but, something is better than nothing, it's a good place to have little afternoon coffee. I would recommendto avoid to visit here between 3 to 4 in the afternoon, since, it may busy in here. Read more

Been close to a year now since I have gone to this location, went today, Ordered a sausage Belt, got a egg, lettuce, which was... obviously old and tomato, no sausage. I got my hash browns though! Sadly, it still seems that they can not get orders right. Read more
Was very disappointed with the service I received. The woman who served me was very Curt and I found her disrespectful. I asked... if I could get a farmers wrap and I was met with an emphatic no, and frankly I was caught off guard. She then went on to explainto me that they had absolutely nothing to serve. I was just into this establishment to purchase a couple of hot chocolates for my granddaughters... I was refused service due to... my disability!!! No, I cannot wear a mask due to a medical condition. I found this totally disrespectful; I didn't touchanything but the door and I was social distancing from others!!! Witnessed a tough customer complaining for an insufficiently-toasted bagel, the staff responded really well. The ergonomic... design makes you feel a bit awkward, small one also. As l was looking for napkins, the staff proactively took action, well done! Read more
