Watered down broccoli soup and same with Chilli, won't be back.
Ordered a roast beef sandwich, and was offered something the size of a White Castle burger. Smallest sandwich I've seen EVER. I... just drove off, didn't even ask for the sandwich or a refund. My partner got a really lousy bowl, with french fries that weredry and hard. Really gross. About the only good thing I can say is the staff were polite. Read more

This was one of the most awful experiences I have had at a Tim Hortons. The young man at the window kindly asked us to pull to... the side an wait for our bacon English muffin sandwich. First time I had to do this, but I get it move the flow of cars throughfaster. However, if you want to be doing this have a better parking setup like MacDonald's does... Example: Spot 1 Spot 2 thenthe employees know where to go.... There was another car waiting as well for a long time they eventually went in to get theirsandwich. Two different workers came out with a different meal n said they weren't what we ordered n couldn't find the peoplewho had ordered it. I eventually went into the building to find what was going on after waiting 10minutes... As I entered Inoticed a lot of the staff just standing around ... I get there's slow times but when someone waits 10 minutes for a sandwich ntook two workers to come out n get our order right is a little unprofessional! Love this particular store because the coffee is always hot and tasty. They are always on top of making sure that the product... offered is available. The store is nice and tidy and clean. Keep up the good work . Read more
