Watered down broccoli soup and Chilli, very different then the other time we visited.
Bought a Maple Bacon Breakfast Sandwich, from the one in truro with the petro can past lawtons. all I got was the egg, couple... slices of bacon and cheese, not impressed, someone either can't learn or doesn't like there job there. How hard can it be. Read more

You?d think that for a big new Tim Hortons, it would be a more welcoming place? The first time I went there I asked for a simple... order: a mixed 10 pack of timbits. I was excited because they had just about all of the kinds there. I watched the person at thecounter grab 6 plain timbits, 2 coconut, and 2 birthday cake and put them into a tiny bag that didn?t even fit them all eventhough they had the usual boxes for them... It was really upsetting especially for my first time there. I went there 3 othertimes and each time they messed up my order. There are no smiles, have a nice day etc, or even eye contact every time i?ve beenhere which feels insulting and negative. Choose any other Tims in Truro. Read more
What you expect from a Tim?s. Depending on the time of day it can be especially busy since it?s the only Tim Horton?s on that... side of town. Staff has been friendly the times I have been there. It seems like they are usually out of donuts, Timbits, etcin the evening. Attached to a Petro-Canada/ convince store. Read more
The server was a delight. I came in around 6:30am, tired and not quite understandable, the gentleman at the front counter made a... effort to understand my order and get it ready as quickly as possible. He was incredibly friendly and helpful and made my day somuch better. Read more
Oh I hate to be negative but this is the slowest service I've ever experienced!!
