We got a discount here by showing our room key from across the street. They were a little short staffed and there was a bit of a... wait, but the staff were rock stars. (We all know the staffing shortages everyone is facing currently, so please keep that inmind.) We were very happy that the folks who did come to work were there. Have not been to Applebee?s in a while and decided to give it a try. The food was great and hot and the service was great! Jodi... was a great server a really good lunch! I had the salmon it was cooked perfect my boyfriend had bourbon street steak. Will beback for lunch soon. Read more

The service was the worst I have ever had. I ordered a beer for me and wife. It took 3 more times asking server to get them. The... server blamed everyone but him self. We finally got cocktails and orders food. I ask server for two more beers and never gotthem. My wife lost patience went to bar to get beer. Food arrived with salad at same time. We never got salad before meal . Ihad water to drink with my steak you would have thought I ordered the moon rather than a beer. Food was okay but had to ask 3times for my child?s chocolate milk. This was the worst waste of 73 dollars I spent in awhile. #1 We had to figure out if or when we be seated #2 It took them 10 minutes to take our order #3 Then it took another 5 minutes... to take our order when we were ready to order when our drinks came out #4 They brought our Boneless with no fries. Food and drinks were good. We had a fairly new waitress and she was great! I will say that when I walked in no one was at the... hostess station and I'm guessing the older black lady at the bar was the manager. When I walked in she didn't attempt to greetme or get someone to help but when a group of bikers showed up she happily hopped up to seat them. Other than that nocomplaints. Read more
